Immediately turns my baby’s skin red

While it has reduced the inflammation in my 6 month olds eczema, he turns super red and hot immediately after applying, especially on his face. He may be allergic or sensitive to an ingredient. I’m heartbroken because I had such high hopes for this cream. Please understand this is our experience and everyone’s skin is different!

Great product, sad the jar broke

Please consider packaging in a less fragile material, something other than glass. The product is great, it was beginning to show progress on my daughter's eczema in her arm after week 3, and then the jar accidentally fell and broke ;( I almost cried, because it was very expensive for our budget and we made a huge sacrifice to buy it because we had tried so many other options that hadn't worked. I saddens my heart that the jar is glass and easy to break, especially as it is used around kids and multitasking moms that have a million things in their minds -- so this morning the jar slipped my hands and it broke (it was almost full still!).
