We added this product to help out with seasonal allergies and it seems to be working well. I take two pill daily and my young daughter takes half a capsule in the morning and half a capsule in the evening mixed with food. The providers say this needs to build up in your system, so give it time to work!
I think it works well. However, my infant can no longer use it because we found out she has an allergy and this product contains milk.
I think this is a great product to incorporate into everyday life. I tried it plain, and it has a slight taste, but it’s not off-putting. I’ve been mixing it into a variety of things I drink and eat daily. I also provide this to my toddler and sprinkle a little bit into her food.
I wish these came in a liquid option because my toddler (2.5-year-old) is not liking these. He really tries to eat these but sometimes even gags or offers them to us instead. The loading dose is three capsules per day for 10 days and then 2 daily... really difficult to achieve if my toddler does not like the taste.
