Suggested Use

PureZyme - "For kids of all ages, even babies down to 3 months old:
Start with 1/2 capsule 1 time a day after meals or before meals (empty stomach is best)

• Advance to 1/2 capsule 2 times a day after meals or before meals
• Slowly increase to 1 cap 2 times a day.
Adults: 2 caps between meals 2 times daily"

Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) - "Babies - 3 drops daily
Kids 1-5yrs old - 5 drops daily
Kids 5-10yrs old - 7 drops daily
Kids 11yrs+-10 drops daily
Adults -- 10 drops twice daily
Nursing Moms - 10 drops twice daily"

Saccharomyces Boulardii - "Infants
Start with 1/2 the capsule and increase slowly to 1 capsule.

Kids 1yr old + & Adults
1 capsule at night
This dose can be increased if there evidence of yeast.
Some kids or adults may need to take 3 capsules per day."
